Mark-bot — WhatsApp NLP Chatbot

WhatsApp customer-support chatbot for a Saudi retail client. Rasa NLP handles intent classification and entity extraction; Twilio delivers messages; a Node.js webhook layer bridges the two. Dockerised for reproducible deployment. Solo build — NLU training data, dialogue design, integration, and rollout.
